How it works
How in-home recovery coaching works
We use a step-down model in every program. We determine how much support you need and we step down as you progress through recovery. Our licensed clinicians lead treatment; our coaches carry out the plan, every day, at home.
- 1
A free initial consult
We listen to what’s going on and help you find the right program. You’ll talk with Michele, our Director of Operations. We will respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.
- 2
We build your team
Our in-house therapist, dietitian, licensed addiction counselor and ERP therapist build your plan with you, all in one place. We also work alongside any providers you already have.
- 3
Your personalized plan
After getting to know you, your family and your team, we map out the milestones that guide when we decrease support.
- 4
Step down, then step back
Support goes down as you progress, until accountability is fully transferred from coach to the individual.

Questions families ask us

What does a recovery coach do?
They carry out the plan our clinical team sets, every day, at home and in your community: meals and routines, coping tools in the moment, accountability between appointments, and rides to appointments with a debrief afterwards. All of our coaches have their own recovery experience.
Do we need our own treatment team?
No. Our in-house therapist, dietitian, licensed addiction counselor and ERP therapist can make up your team, all in one place. If you already have providers you love, we work alongside them.
Are coaches therapists?
No. Our licensed clinicians lead treatment, and our coaches carry out their plan every day at home. Coaches are trained, supervised and have their own lived recovery experience.
Do you take insurance?
Coaching can be private pay or, for some plans, covered through a single case agreement. Many families also use HSA or FSA funds. Contact us to discuss prices.
Where do you work?
In your home and out in your community, across Colorado and Wyoming, for every program.
What if someone has more than one of these?
Many people do. We start with what matters most right now, and our programs work together under one team.
My child doesn’t want help. Can you still work with them?
Yes. We don’t require anyone to be “ready” or to want recovery. We work alongside them wherever they are, which paradoxically often creates more openness to change than forced compliance ever does.
