We’re there in your hardest moments, building skills that last a lifetime. Every program brings daily, hands-on support into your home, is backed by our in-house clinical team, and steps down as you progress. Many people we support live with more than one of these. We’ll help you figure out where to start.

Eating disorders
Where we started, and still most of what we do. A coach with their own recovery is with you at home every day after treatment, carrying out the plan our in-house therapist and dietitian set, and stepping down over 6-18 months.

Eating disorder coaching is for ages 12 and up. Our other mental health and substance use programs work with clients of any age, and their families. Every program serves Colorado and Wyoming.
The same model, whatever you’re recovering from
Recovery happens in real life.
Support at home, at the dinner table, at school and work, in the moments weekly sessions can’t reach.
All in one place.
Our in-house therapist, dietitian, licensed addiction counselor and ERP therapist work alongside our coaches, so you don’t have to piece care together yourself.
A step-down model.
More support in the first weeks home, then less as you progress, so the step back is gradual and natural.

Which program is right for us?
Start with what is making daily life hardest right now. If it’s food and meals, start with eating disorder coaching. If it’s alcohol or drugs, start with alcohol or drug recovery coaching.
