“I want to help others find the joy and freedom I found by healing my relationship with food and with myself.”

Hi! I'm Kathryn.

A little about me: I grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and moved to Denver to attend the University of Denver. I fell in love with this city and now call it home!

I struggled with an eating disorder for too many years. I want to help others find the joy and freedom I found by healing my relationship with food and with myself. In addition to my lived experience, I studied psychology with a concentration in cognitive neuroscience at the University of Denver. I am a certified health coach and hold a separate certification in nutrition science from Cornell University.

I’m here to guide you on a journey to loving your life, feeling confident in your body, and enjoying all foods. I want to help you explore and develop a new mindset around food, exercise, and body image, where guilt-free nourishment and self-compassion take the spotlight.

outside of work · Outside of work I love shopping, trying new restaurants, walks in the sunshine, and night drives with good music.
