For families
Support for the whole family
When someone you love is struggling, the whole family feels it. We don’t just support the client. We’re there for parents, partners and siblings too, so you’re not carrying this alone.

Help at home
Our coaches carry out the plan your treatment team sets, every day, at home.
- Meals and routinesMeals from your dietitian’s plan, sleep, school and the daily routines your team sets.
- Rides and debriefsRides to appointments, and someone to talk it through with afterwards.
- Support for the whole familyYou don’t have to hold everything yourself. We’re there in your hardest moments, building skills that last a lifetime.
Staying in the loop
With your permission, we talk with your therapist, dietitian and physician so we’re all working from one plan. Each week we send a short update to your treatment team on what we’re seeing. For clients under 18, parents sign the support agreement and stay part of the plan.
Support groups we trust
Other families can be a lifeline. We’re not affiliated with these groups.
- F.E.A.S.T.For parents and caregivers of loved ones with eating disorders.
- NAMI Family-to-FamilyA free class for families of people living with mental health conditions.
- Al-AnonFor families and friends of people who drink.
- Nar-AnonFor families and friends of people who use drugs.
Questions from families
Don’t see yours? Ask us directly.
How does consent work for clients under 18?
Parents sign the support agreement and stay part of the plan. We only talk with your providers with your written permission.
My child doesn’t want help. Can you still work with them?
Yes. We don’t require anyone to be “ready” or to want recovery. We work alongside them wherever they are, which paradoxically often creates more openness to change than forced compliance ever does.
